Dr. Anna is a sex-positive pelvic health physical therapist specialized in providing trauma-informed care in a compassionate, safe, and inclusive environment. Anna graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in communications and then went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of South Alabama. She then received additional post-graduate training from Herman & Wallace and the University of Michigan Sexuality Counselor program.
She is passionate about utilizing a holistic, interdisciplinary, team-based approach to empower her patients to achieve independence in managing their symptoms and achieving a better quality of life. Her priority is helping people deepen their understanding of their symptoms and foster a positive relationship with their body by tapping into mindfulness, movement, and evidence-based treatment.
Outside of working with her patients, she is an avid yogi, reader, gardener, and proud horse girl, and can often be found riding (or repairing) her motorcycle or hiking with her dog Uni.
